Suede leather and canvas
We combined canvas with suede for a casual shoe with a worn-in look and vintage charm.
Canvas is a tightly woven cotton fabric: durable yet lightweight, with a compact uniform appearance. It wraps around the foot while allowing the skin to breathe.
The suede leather is used for the trims. Its typically velvety texture is the result of buffing, a light superficial abrasion.
Mounted construction
The artisan carefully studies the leather and chooses the best part, which is cut and shaped around the last to form the upper. It then needs to be delicately hammered, to smooth down the seams and soften the parts that come into contact with the foot. Now the upper is ready to be glued to the insole and then attached to the outsole.
Vibram and micro-rubber sole
In Vibram rubber, it’s made with a two-tone micro insert, a porous material that’s extremely flexible and lightweight. The lug, meaning the notching underneath the sole tread, grips the ground and cushions your step, making every adventure comfortable.
Care
We value the signs of time passing. Here’s how:
- Use a hard-bristled brush to get rid of dust and dirt.
- Rub away any stains with a soft-bristled brush, or one made of rubber.
- Use a shoe shampoo on the upper and let it work its magic for a few minutes; then brush it away.
- Spray a deodorizing spray on the inside of the shoe; wait for it to fully dry before wearing.

Our packaging
We’ve carefully designed our packaging, selecting sustainable materials in order to reduce waste and make the packing process easier for our artisans.
The cardboard is fully recycled and recyclable, as is the twine and packing tissue. Depending on your purchase, you’ll also find one or more cotton bags for your convenience: reuse them for home and wardrobe storage, or for organizing your things when going away on trips.
Made in Italy
Production is based in Montegranaro, in the Marche region, where the tradition of shoemaking has deep roots. For a product that lasts, we only select leathers that age well and put our trust in people who have been in this industry for generations. The artisans in our workshops have learned the job through family and know each and every trade secret.
